Car Hire Kenya - Executive Car Hire

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Car Hire Kenya's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Vehicle Rental Terms

All vehicles must be rented by individuals 18 years or older with a valid driver's license. International rentals require an International Driving Permit (IDP) or equivalent. The renter is responsible for all damages, fines, and violations incurred during the rental period.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods including cash, card transfers, and mobile money. Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

5. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are provided in good working condition. The renter must conduct a thorough inspection upon pickup and report any damages immediately. Damage reports must be documented in writing.

6. Insurance

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available for purchase. The renter is responsible for any deductibles in case of claims.

7. Liability

Car Hire Kenya is not liable for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries sustained during the rental period. The renter assumes all liability for vehicle operation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
